CargoConnect is a logistics & shipping operations platform. We designed a dashboard that gives dispatchers and managers everything they need at a glance — live deliveries, drivers, alerts and performance — without the clutter.
The challenge
Operations teams juggle dozens of shipments, drivers and exceptions at once. The old tools buried critical alerts and made it hard to act fast. CargoConnect needed a calm command-center that surfaces what matters and lets teams resolve issues in a click.
What we designed
A clear information hierarchy: key metrics up top, a live shipment table, and a dedicated critical-alerts rail so urgent issues never get lost. We designed readable data visualizations and a consistent component system for tables, statuses and actions across the product.
The outcome
A dashboard that reads instantly — managers can scan revenue, active deliveries and exceptions, then act on alerts without hunting. The system scales cleanly as new modules (warehouse, reports, customers) are added.
