ARKAN is a real-estate app for browsing and saving premium properties. We designed a focused, imagery-first experience in dark mode — where the listings do the talking and every interaction stays calm and clear.
The challenge
Most property apps overwhelm users with filters, badges and dense lists. ARKAN needed an experience that felt premium and editorial — closer to browsing a design magazine than a spreadsheet — while still surfacing the details buyers actually care about.
What we designed
A dark, photography-led interface with a clear visual hierarchy: large property imagery, scannable specs (rooms, area, price), and a smooth path from discovery to detail. We built a reusable component system so new property types and screens stay consistent.
The outcome
A focused browsing flow with saved listings, quick filtering, and detail pages that feel considered. The result is an app that reads as calm and high-end — and is simple to extend as the catalogue grows.
